Saving Cojimar

Green Cities Fund is a financial sponsor of “Saving Cojimar”, a documentary on the community effort to save the Cojimar River that runs from the Havana-Matanzas plains to the little fishing village made famous by Ernest Hemingway.  Hemingway’s granddaughter, Hillary, is also involved in the film project.  The film is being produced and distributed by Backroads Pictures (www.backroadspictures.com) an award winning production company.  The filmmaker is Cuban-American Carlos Rafael Betancourt.
